To begin a return, email us at info@heavenjewelsboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Need a different size or color? We are happy to exchange your item for another size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at info@heavenjewelsboutique.com to arrange an exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
