We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing may take an additional day.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility so you can follow it every step of the way.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping regions in the future.

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@heavenjewelsboutique.com.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
